Complete remodel of a tenant abused rental property focused on kitchen modernization.

After regaining possession from destructive tenants, my client’s rental property needed a total interior remodel.

The kitchen was the most complex design challenge as we needed to fit everything in the original “L” arrangement; while adding new requirements including a dishwasher and microwave, while keeping the sink centered on the window, and working within the constraints of the IKEA cabinet system.
