Single sink bathroom vanity converted into a fully featured kitchenette.

The client needed to finish converting an existing bedroom suite into a fully featured rental studio. We designed a compact kitchen using a mixture of compact and trailer appliances with IKEA cabinets to create a fully featured kitchen in a 60” vanity. This includes deep sink with commercial style faucet and disposal along with a induction cook top and 18” dishwasher. Additionally we converted the adjacent closet into an appliance garage with dedicated electrical.
